Bickleigh on Exe C E Primary School is a vibrant village school that seeks to blend its own unique flavour with the Tiverton Cooperative Learning Partnership.

As part of the TCLP, Bickleigh School is pleased to share the responsibility to make the education Tiverton children receive, the best.

Our school is situated in the village of Bolham, just outside Tiverton. We are fortunate enough to be within stepping distance of some of the most beautiful countryside in Devon. The present school building dates from 1889 and was further enhanced by the addition of new classrooms in 2003 and 2012.

Castle Primary school is a community school in the heart of Tiverton; being part of the co-operative enables us to build close community links and share good practice with other schools both in Tiverton and the surrounding area. Our learning behaviours are central to all we do at school. The children, staff and parents have played an integral role in defining these, and they now shape our learning activities and expectations for the attitudes of the children and staff.

We are a small, friendly and inclusive village school, at the heart of the community of Halberton. Halberton Primary school aims to offer opportunities for every child to develop their talents and abilities and to reach their potential, in a nurturing and caring environment.

Heathcoat Primary school provides a safe and happy environment in which children develop and grow into the responsible and caring individuals who are well prepared for future learning. The school was established in 1992 following the reorganisation of the first and middle schools in the town. It is a larger than average primary school in the West Exe area of Tiverton.

Two Moors Primary was created with the amalgamation of the Elmore Middle School and Cowleymoor First School in 1992. The school is very fortunate in having extensive grounds, landscaped with a variety of areas and habitats. The emphasis is on children being able to explore their environment and learning from the interaction with the physical world. We offer opportunities for every child to develop their full potential and have excellent resources for all areas of learning.

Rackenford C of E Primary School is a small village primary school at the heart of a friendly, supportive community. Our emblem, the stag, is more than just a symbol of our rural situation. It reflects the qualities we instil in our children: the ability to listen, to observe, to explore and to challenge..

We are a single form entry Catholic Academy, proud to be a part of the TCLP and working alongside all the schools in Tiverton to achieve the highest standards for our children. We welcome children of any or no particular faith background. Our aim is to celebrate each child for their own unique qualities and to support them to be the best they can be.

We are a friendly, family school with an excellent staff team committed to the welfare and the education of the approximately 200 children we have. We encourage all our children to work hard, eat healthily, get fit and have fun too.

As well as being part of the TCLP, we are part of The Primary Academies Trust, details of which can be found on our website. We are a happy, nurturing and inclusive school that aims to develop the full potential of all our ‘Wilcombe Family’. We are committed to collaborative working both within our Academy and the TCLP in order to provide the best opportunities for all children.

Tiverton High School (THS) stands on the edge of the town, near the A361.  With approximately 1300 students and 200 staff, the site is a bustling place.  THS is the feeder secondary for all TCLP primaries. We work closely with our primary colleagues to ensure a smooth transition to high school.  Whilst here, we guide our students to GCSE level with quality teaching and a variety of enhancement opportunities for all.  We aim to raise aspirations and ensure that each young person moves on with the knowledge they need to take their next steps in education.  Close links with Petroc, with whom we share a campus, means that many of our students can have a taste of college life before leaving school.  Our ever growing Alumni network ensures that former students have a pathway to keep in touch and come back to support the school in many ways in their adult life.  Our moto is ‘At the Heart of the Community’ and we take that very seriously, getting involved in many local events and even organising our own yearly festival for the town, with the help of TCLP colleagues, which takes place on our fields each July.
